Excellent service is when the banana's aren't too ripe. My husband, Ray, the" Engineer," needs to eat a banana everyday for extra potassium so he is on the search several times a week for just the right banana's-mostly light green and non yellow. If the store he shops at has these banana's, then he has received excellent customer service, right? Maybe.... Or it may ONLY be if the check out person...the last person he sees... gives him a smile and thanks him for his business. My point is that excellent service is only achieved if the person accepts it.
